Procrastination Queen

I have been staring at the same Geopolitics chapter since forever trying to understand it, but failing miserably. So I guess I should just take a break and do something fun for awhile. It won't hurt right? I hope.

On Thursday, Fran and I headed to the city to walk around for a bit, get some fresh air and clear our very jam packed brains (well, my brain). And as we walked into QVB, Fran went, "omgoshhhh!" hahahah. Like, right in the middle of QVB is this MASSIVE christmas tree that goes from the first floor all the way to the top. Its always there around this time of the year and they just probably changed the decorations. I'm very sure Max and I have pictures with the tree last year as well. Hahaha :D

Went to Thai Kee (which is the asian supermarket) to stock up on the instant noodles. Instant noodles in Sydney are not sold in bags of five. You have to buy them INDIVIDUALLY. And thai kee has a whole aisle dedicated to instant noodles. Its my favourite aisle of the whole supermarket FYI.

Look at that! Yeaaa, I know, we're all going into hibernation mode. Hahaha! Thats not ALL for me (I'm not that crazy) btw.

Later that night, we gave out our tokens of appreciation to some people! Fran and I established the Goh-a-Way Academy (haha!) and look at the certs! They're so pretty! Kudos to Francesca mannn! Yea, we went around, giving everyone their certs filming at the same time. The videos will be up on facebook soon! :D

Certificates for our favourite SUV boys!

Okayyy, back to studying. Oh, its free slurpee day today! At any 7/11 store! How nice! :D

papa, papa, paparazzi

This entry is rather picture heavy. But it was quite an awesome night! So I have to blog about it! Firstly, Fran and I had to be there earlier to make sure that everything is fine. But as girls, we ended up late anyway. Luckily for us, there wasn't malfunction of any sort! There are a lot more pictures with Arnon! He was the official photographer and I've got tonnes of photos with him and I want them NOWWW. But he hasn't uploaded any onto FB, so I can't get my hands on them. We'll just make do with those taken with the digicams. Pictures are from Fran's camera and Val's!

Kathi, Lucas and Vincent. I love Lucas's outfit! :D The shades belong to Kathi I'm sure. Haha.

Awesome Foursome!

My social buddy! I had such a difficult time deciding which photo to put up! Cause his hair is always in the way! So very annoying!

With the Teo brothers. Yea. I love Nic's hair. HAHA!

Our (fran and myself) favourite boys from SUV! They're fantastic people!

Zishan, our very spontaneous ex-president. Who cannot deliver a speech without alcohol. HAHA!

Yong is super proud of this picture. Ohwell, I should give him some credit, its a nice picture (:

I painted Yong's thumb gold! It looks really nice when he plays the guitar! lol.

Bernice's lady gaga handband. Everyone wanted to take a picture of it.

Yeaaa, I like this photo, even though I look like a duck.

VIP, Kok Wee! Super nice guy man!

After dinner, everyone walked to Vbar with Kathi while the remainder of us picked up the loose ends and brought it back to Kristi's place. But we had to wait for someone to pick us up when we were at the lobby. So what better to do than camwhore! :D

Yea, we camwhored all the way even when we were in Kristi's apartment.

After party at Vbar! Free entry for everyone! Yippee! And two bottles of free champagne as well!

Hongxu, Basil and Kai were all there! How amazingggg! :D I never expected them to attend the after party!

Right, the story about the roses. We scattered roses on the dinner tables and I was the one doing the scattering. I thought that all the tables looked good and so I kept the last stalk around. And I think it was a good choice! It was everyone's prop for the night!

Mr. Vogue.

Dianeee! I am so glad she came! :D

Can you see the bow?! Thats the highlight of my dress! Haha!

Yea, the club was really stuffy and as the night progressed, thats how we ended up looking like. As Nicholas Teo puts it, Clubbing is like a gym workout (haha!). But I guess its true. All the dancing definitely makes you perspire. Lol.

And alcohol makes you high. It all comes in the package. Yong always says that he is not drunk enough to dance. Hahaha! But I believe alcohol definitely does help.

And to end of, my favourite picture of Yong for the night, which is also currently my display picture on facebook. Awesome possum! :D

peace out. x

Purple-ness!

I love how Sydney Uni has so many of these purple trees. Walking down Physics Road or Carillon Avenue after a whole day of lectures and tutes always makes it so much better thanks to the trees.

Along Physics Road

Fran's moustache! Hahahah. It looks damn spastic.

And the trees along Carillon! :D

I know, Sydney is so awesomeeee!

End of Sems

Just in case someone back in Singapore, like Sayhian decides to complain that I do not update my blog often, I only blog when I have pictures to show you guys! But because the exams are just around the corner, we haven't been going out or doing anything fun or picture worthy. Or maybe some pictures/events are simply too rated to be blogged about. Haha.

At the end of the month, the Singapore Students Society will be holding our AD&D and everyone is going to dress up and be there! If you have not gotten the tickets, please approach me to get one! The theme is "Paparazzi" and you will definitely want your picture to be taken that night! Be there, or be square! And join the committee for the after party! Venue TBA but aiya, the fun is wherever we are anyway!

The weather here has been absolutely awesome! Trees along Carillon actually have leaves and flowers! Somehow, Sydney uni likes purple trees. I don't bother bringing my camera to uni and therefore I don't have pictures of the trees, but they look so lovely! It makes me feel happier to walk to school! Spring is definitely here! Which is wonderful! But I'm dreading summer so so badly. If only I didn't take Summer School, I wouldn't need to be in Sydney facing random heatwaves ): Besides, I haven't been on a holiday with my family in the longest time ever!! I need paid shopping sprees!

Recently, I've been addicted to Skype emoticons. They are so adorable! They move and do all that weird stuff. Hahaha. Facebook is distracting me from all the necessary studying that I should be doing and I'm not liking it at all. it seems as though I do not have enough time to study and prepare for the finals and I wish I had the luxury of more time, but on the other, I can't wait to go back to Singapore! Back to all the goodies that I consume! I swear, every time I go back to Singapore, I will put on some weight! But this is what happens when you only have access to such awesome food once every 6 months! It can be quite a torture! ):

I'm busy trying the clear my remaining assignments right now. I've got an essay, a test and a portfolio due at the end of the month. Followed by a night of partying and then, everyone will be in our rooms, studying our asses off.

Oh what fun.
